Saturday November 25th, 2023 has been announced as the date for the official presentation of instrument of appointment and staff of office to the Alamuye of Amuye- Faforiji Oba (Dr) Adebayo Faforiji, Oteniara III.
The announcement was contained in a statement issued on behalf of the ancient town by Ayooluwa Fadeyi, Chairman Central Planning Committee, Abiodun Fasipe Chairman, Special Logistics Committee.
The statement reads in part, “Faforiji Community Atakumosa East Central LCDA cordially invite the general public to the official presentation of instrument of appointment and staff of office to the Alamuye of Amuye-Faforiji , Oba (Dr) Adebayo Faforiji Oteniara III by His Excellency Senator Nurudeen Jackson Ademola Adeleke”
The statement further added that the event will kickstart by 11am at the Community High School Field, Faforiji, Atakumosa East Local Government Area, Osun State.
