The Alamo of Ayegbaju Ijesa Kingdom in Atakunmosa East Local Government Area of Osun State, Oba Abideen Adeyemi has narrowly escaped death as unknown gunmen opened fire on him and his driver (name withheld) in Ilesa .
The Alamo who celebrated his 18th coronation anniversary at the ancient town on Saturday was reportedly ambushed by his assailants shortly after the fun-filled event graced by Creme De La Creme was hit by criminals’ bullets alongside his driver.
According to an impeccable source, Oba Adeyemi and his driver were rescued and rushed to an undisclosed hospital.
