The Alamuye of Amuye-Faforiji, Oba Dr Adebayo Faforiji Oteniara III has eulogized the virtues of the Pro-chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of Osun State University, Prof Abiodun Adewale Oladipo, describing him as a trailblazer in public service, political and professional practice.
The Monarch, in his goodwill message to Prof Oladipo on his birthday on Monday January 1, 2024 described him as one of the reference points in both academics and politics in the Southwest.
The statement read; “I heartily congratulate and celebrate my very good friend and brother Prof Oladipo, on his attainment of 66 years on earth today, January 1, 2024.
“There is no gainsaying the fact that the attainment of this age is a confirmation of the grace the Almighty God has bestowed on Prof Oladipo and a challenge for more service to Osun State and our country, Nigeria.
“No doubt, at 66, Professor Oladipo remains a reference point in public service as well and political and professional practice.
“It is my prayer that God will continue to make the days of the erudite professor on earth fruitful.”
