The Owosho, Ojo, and Ayeni families have announced the passing of Mother Celestial Christiana Bolanle Owosho (Iyalaje of Irewolede), who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 82.
A Statement by the families said the celebration of her life and legacy during the funeral ceremonies is as follow:
The funeral events will begin with a Christian wake on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM at Irewolede Community Primary School, located after Hope Grammar School in Bolorunduro Ilesha.
The burial service will take place the following day, Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the same venue, starting promptly at 9:00 AM while interment will be a private affair, reserved for close family members and invited guests.
Following the burial service, there will be a reception for guests at the Oba Adekunle Aromolaran Civic Centre in Ereja, Ilesha, beginning at 12:30 PM.
Meanwhile, Prince Adeseye Owosho has announced a Service of Songs in honor of his late mother, Mother Celestial Christianah Bolanle Owosho which will hold on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 6 PM, at the House of Faith Connection in Dagenham, London.
Mother Celestial Christianah Bolanle Owosho was a beloved figure known for her unwavering faith and devotion to her family and community. Her passing has left a significant void in the hearts of many who knew her.
The event is expected to bring together family, friends, and community members to celebrate her life and legacy. The Service of Songs will include hymns, personal tributes, and reflections from those who were touched by her kindness and wisdom.
The House of Faith Connection, located at 104 New Road, Dagenham, London, RM9 6PE, will host the event.
