Adeleke restates commitment to Osun people’s welfare

Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke has promised that his administration will continue to prioritise the welfare of the people in Osun State, for social and economic development.

This was stated by the Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Rev. Bunmi Jenyo during a working visit to traders and artisans at Ajegunle market, Osogbo on Thursday.

Speaking at a specially organized meeting in honour of the governor, Rev. Jenyo commended the Ajegunle dwellers for their support since the beginning of Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration in 2022.

He disclosed that Osun State is on a path of economic, industrial and infrastructural growth, which will also have a lot of benefits for Ajegunle Market.

The Commissioner, while assuring Ajegunle traders of their recognition in the plans of the Government, assured them that through their cooperation, peaceful coexistence and Industrious contribution, “we will build a better State which will be a melting point of commercial and industrial activities in the South West”.

Rev. Jenyo further reiterated that as a Ministry, “we will continue to work with your leadership to enhance productivity and identify areas where we can improve on as regards your economic activities.

The Chairman, Ajegunle Trade men and Artisans, Alhaji Kamorudeen Azeez who eulogized Governor Ademola Adeleke for his giant strides in various sectors towards the development of the state, prayed for the success of the current administration.

Alhaji Kamorudeen on behalf of Ajegunle market, also pledged their cooperation and support to the present administration, emphasizing that the Ajegunle market remains a veritable partner in the progress and development of Osun State.
